About us
A training gallery built for people who want to work live
starzenvoq is a UK course provider focused on live production decks and control rooms. We teach multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and the professional management of television and streaming productions.

Our story: from a single desk to a full training gallery
starzenvoq began when a group of working directors and vision mixers realised how few places let newcomers practise on genuine live equipment. Most people learned by watching, and then made their first mistakes on air.
We built a training environment that works the way a broadcaster does: a camera plan, a running order, a director calling shots and a crew that depends on each other. Every cohort works through mock shows that are recorded and reviewed.
Today we train beginners, career changers and experienced crews who want to step into live work or move into production management.
How we teach
Principles behind every session
Our approach is simple: more time on the desk, clearer feedback and honest standards.
Learn at live speed
Live television does not pause. We train you to make clear decisions at broadcast pace, with calm and accuracy.
Trained eye and ear
Good vision mixing is about anticipation. We teach you to read a shot, a script and a director.
Crew first
A gallery is a team. Communication, respect and clear calls are part of every exercise we run.
Your tutors
